You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phpanalo login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number or email address. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
You agree to notify phpanalo immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. phpanalo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, or from your failure to notify phpanalo promptly of any unauthorized access.
phpanalo will never ask you to disclose your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from phpanalo that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to phpanalo's support team immediately.
phpanalo recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for enhanced security. OTP verification is required for all withdrawal requests.
All financial transactions on the phpanalo platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). phpanalo does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency or cryptocurrency.
Accepted Deposit Methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit card. phpanalo does not accept credit card deposits for gaming purposes in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. phpanalo reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to phpanalo's standard processing schedule.
Withdrawal Conditions: Members must have wagered their deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed. Bonus Funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
phpanalo reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions, pending investigation.
phpanalo may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to members. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Members who wish to opt out of receiving promotional communications from phpanalo may do so by updating their communication preferences in their Account settings.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpanalo platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

All content on the phpanalo platform — including but not limited to the phpanalo brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of phpanalo or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phpanalo platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any phpanalo content without prior written authorization from phpanalo.
Any unauthorized use of phpanalo's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpanalo's total liability to any member in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member into their phpanalo Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phpanalo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with a member's use of the phpanalo platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.
phpanalo does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phpanalo shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical failures beyond phpanalo's reasonable control.

phpanalo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of an Account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any amounts owed to phpanalo) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of termination will be forfeited.
Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting phpanalo's customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
phpanalo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. phpanalo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phpanalo will provide reasonable notice to members via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the phpanalo platform prior to the changes taking effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or a member's use of the phpanalo platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Members may submit a formal complaint to phpanalo's customer support team, and phpanalo will endeavor to respond within ten (10) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Members who are dissatisfied with phpanalo's resolution of a complaint may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution procedures.
